4. Client Responsibilities

5. Project Revisions

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and approved custom content will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Paywise Solutions retains ownership of proprietary tools, reusable code, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

8. Website Maintenance

Maintenance services are only provided if included in your package or purchased separately. Ongoing maintenance is subject to a separate agreement where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Paywise Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
